About Tracy
Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from the University of California at Davis, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Masters in Law in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. As Senior Counsel, she practiced for five years with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
In 1993, Tracy founded a manufacturing company which produced women's designer sportswear under the Otsuka label. The label was sold wholesale worldwide as well as through the Otsuka catalog. Key U.S. accounts included Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom.
In 1998, in an effort to spend less time in airports and more time with her family, Tracy began working as a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker. In 2011, she moved her real estate practice to Keller Williams Realty where she specializes in the sale of distressed properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and traditional real estate sales in Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati/Rohnert Park and Northeast Santa Rosa. As a licensed California real estate broker, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, an attorney and a REO listing agent hired by banks and asset management companies to sell their foreclosed properties, Tracy is familiar with the entire foreclosure process from the first missed payment to actual disposition of the foreclosed upon asset. She considers helping underwater homeowners among the most important work she does.
Tracy, also an Accredited Staging Professional incorporates this art of arranging and preparing homes for sale into every marketing plan. This assures her clients a marketing edge that truly sets their home apart from others on the market and translates into a home that sells faster (6.8 days vs. 136 days) and for more money than a home that has not been staged or prepared for sale. Tracy's designs have been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle and Better Homes & Gardens as well as in other local publications.
Tracy and her husband, Richard Stefani live in Penngrove on six acres with a pond and plenty of ducks. They have a daughter, Atea and a son, Markus. Tracy is consistently ranked in the top 10% of Keller Williams realtors.
